Mieszanki bentonitowo-kormixowe

The Bentonite Standard mix contains the carefully selected Specjal bentonite raw material and a carrier of glossy carbon in the form of coal dust. Dedicated mainly to the foundry industry, it is used in the manufacture of moulds from classic bentonite compounds, mainly cast iron.

ADVANTAGES OF USE

  • allows a reduction in material costs due to the absence of additional glossy carbon supports (natural or synthetic) while maintaining good casting parameters and surfaces

Standard PLUS bentonite mixtures

The Bentonite Standard mix contains the carefully selected hybrid Specjal PLUS bentonite raw material and a carrier of glossy carbon in the form of coal dust. Dedicated mainly to the foundry industry, it is used in the manufacture of moulds from classic bentonite compounds, mainly cast iron.

ADVANTAGES OF USE:

  • allows a reduction in material costs due to the absence of additional glossy carbon supports (natural or synthetic) while maintaining good casting parameters and surfaces

  • hybrid Special PLUS bentonite translates into higher moulding sand strength and montmorillonite content in the raw material.
