Possible cause

  • obstructed chimney or boiler smoke ducts,
  • chimney cross-section area too small,
  • poor sealing of the flue connection,
  • no air intake in the boiler room,
  • the doors not closed tightly.

What to do

  • sweep the chimney and clean the boiler inside,
  • ensure the proper sealing of the flue using putty or thermal silicone,
  • provide an air duct for the room as per the instructions manual,
  • change the sealing cord,
  • adjust the door hinges (possible on some models).

Possible cause

  • vapour condensation

What to do

  • raise the boiler temperature to over 80 °C and keep it for a few hours

Possible cause

  • obstructed chimney or dirty boiler,
  • chimney cross-section area too small,
  • low calorific value of the fuel,
  • the heat demand of the heating installation is too high,
  • no air intake in the boiler room.

What to do

  • sweep the chimney and clean the boiler inside,
  • check as per the instructions manual,
  • change fuel,
  • verify the choice of the boiler for your installation,
  • provide an air duct for the room as per the instructions manual.

Possible cause

  • improper use of the boiler,
  • the boiler too big for the installation,
  • poor quality fuel.

What to do

  • raise the boiler temperature over 60 °C (use the mixing valve),
  • choose another boiler in accordance with the local heat demand,
  • change the fuel.

Possible cause

  • auger of the conveyor stuck,
  • safety pins broken,
  • faulty starting capacitor (liquefaction process),
  • no fuel in the tank.

What to do

  • remove the blocking material or object,
  • exchange the safety pins,
  • exchange the capacitor,
  • replenish fuel.
